  • Coaching US customer to identify reliable suppliers to localize castings with a low & medium volume in México.
  • Scouting suppliers in Mexico identifying their strengthens and capabilities also helping them to improving his Quality system.
  • Reviewing the RFQ info with the customer and send the RFQ invitation or BID instructions to the incumbent suppliers.
REVIEWING RFQ WITH SUPPLIERS

 

 

  • Clarifying any doubt regarding the prints, tooling design and material specs.

  • Working directly with the suppliers to reducing the lead time in quotes.

  • Defining  the best supply options using a cost breakdown analysis.

HELPING IN CUSTOMER-SUPPLIER NEGOTIATION 

 

 

  • Reviewing the quotes with the customer and then negotiate any price reduction with the appointed supplier if needed.

  • Working with the supplier to define the development template of each casting and give follow-up in a weekly basis.

  • Giving follow-up in the development process of each project
    from the kick-off meeting until get the parts approved according to customer requirements ( FAI or PPAP ).
